Ireland AM’s Alan Hughes spoke with Niall Colgan’s Hairdressers, Laura Walsh of White Feather Boutique and chatted with Limerick-native Celia Holman Lee

 

Ireland AM showcased its support for Virgin Media’s Backing Business initiative, which is focused on supporting Munster based businesses grow and evolve their ecommerce offerings, by broadcasting live from Limerick on Monday morning. As part of show, Ireland AM’s Alan Hughes showcased a number of local businesses including Niall Colgan from Niall Colgan Hairdressers who adapted his business during lockdown by giving hairdressing tips online and Laura Walsh from White Feather Boutique who shared fashion tips with her followers and is starting a click and collect service this Monday. Alan was also joined by Limerick-native Celia Holman Lee who spoke about the growing importance for Ireland’s boutique businesses to have a strong ecommerce presence.

 

The new #BackingBusiness initiative, in collaboration with Digital Business Ireland (DBI), Permanent TSB, Milk Bottle Labs and Munster Local Enterprise Offices, has now opened for applications.
