We support our employees through important life stages. With specially-designed policies in place for those going through fertility treatment, maternity and paternity leave, all the way through to menopause support and beyond.
We also have support structures and policies in place for anyone experiencing, or at risk from, domestic violence and abuse.
The Belonging Committee is a group of employees across the business who are committed to fostering a culture of conscious inclusion and respect for everyone. And their work is backed up with policies around gender expression and identity to ensure a supportive and inclusive workplace for all employees.
We believe it is important to make well-being part of our everyday conversation. Our Thrive programme offers a calendar of well-being events and resources to help our employees thrive mentally, physically, socially and financially.
