Getting your bill in the post

Follow these steps to change to paper bills you receive through the post

  1. Log in to your Virgin Media account.

  2. Click: My Bills & Payments
  3. Find: Any changes?
  4. Click: Change my billing options
  5. Find Billing Method under: My fixed billing details
  6. Switch this to: Paper bill
