Yes. You can keep your existing mobile number when switching to Virgin Media Ireland. All you need is your Virgin mobile account number, your surname, the number you want to keep and ensure your device is network unlocked. Once you have all of these, you can switch mobile phone provider at ease and start the process.
Is there a data limit on Virgin Media SIM Only plans?
No. Virgin Media Ireland SIM Only plans include unlimited data, calls, and texts with no data cap. With 99% population coverage across Ireland, you have all the data you need wherever you are in the country.

Is there a contract with a Virgin Media SIM Only Plan?

What happens after my 12-month Virgin Media SIM contract ends?
After your initial 12-month contract, your Virgin Media SIM Only plan continues on a rolling monthly basis at the same price. You can cancel or switch at any time after the initial term. Your SIM For Life price guarantee remains in place, so your monthly rate will not increase.
What network does Virgin Media Mobile use in Ireland?

Phone: If you purchase a mobile phone from Virgin Media, you must have an active Virgin Mobile plan for each phone. If you are an existing Virgin Mobile customer you may add a phone to your existing plan, the cost of your phone is on top of the price of your plan.
